Cyberpunk is one of those genres that you can’t get bored of. The possibilities are endless when it comes to atmosphere, technology and story. Man vs machine, what it means to be human, how technology doesn’t solve societal problems, etc… There’s a lot of interesting things to be explored when it comes to cyberpunk.

Interestingly, it’s also a pretty rare genre these days. There aren’t too many games made in cyberpunk setting. In this list, we’ll cover some of the beset cyberpunk games of all time.

Indie game, inspired by old Japanese adventure games from PC-98. A humorous game with well written characters. This is an amazing game if you like visual novels and a cyberpunk setting.

12. Gemini Rue

6. Hard Reset Redux

Hard Reset Redux is an action-packed and hardcore single-player shooter which embraces the best qualities that the genre has it offer. It includes over-the-top destruction, loads of enemies, great weapon variety, a challenging campaign and a beautifully realized cyberpunk setting.

If you miss old school FPS game, you’ll love this one. Fight against various types of enemies and bosses. Hunt and destroy rebelling machines. Hard Reset also has a blade runner feel and atmosphere. The biggest downside in this game is it’s story, but it makes up for it with it’s cyberpunk setting.
